I've been working with people my entire life. Counselor, therapist, mediator, teacher, professor and Life Coach. I have a beautiful family and am known to them and their friends as the Rave Mom of our group! If you know PLUR, then you know ME! (Guess where my business name came from!) 100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

How long does it typically take to see results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Most clients book packages of 3 or 6 sessions to start.
